Guwahati: Don Bosco School Organises Science Exhibition After 3 Years

 

GUWAHATI: Don Bosco School in Panbazar, known for its academic excellence, successfully organised a science exhibition after a hiatus of three years today.

There were two judges for each section- Primary, Middle, High, and Higher Secondary. 

The chief guest at the event was Nina Jain, Secretary General, United Schools Organisation of India, New Delhi. 

Speaking to G Plus, Sebastian Mathew, the principal of the school, expressed his enthusiasm about the exhibition, stating, "The science exhibition has been organised after three years. This is the first time after the COVID pandemic it has been held and we are very excited." 

The exhibition showcased the collective efforts of students from Kindergarten to Class 12, with each class divided into specific groups. 

Mathew explained, "We have divided each group into the classes from class KG to Class 12." 

The diverse themes chosen for the exhibition provided a fascinating insight into the students' creativity and scientific exploration. Themes ranged from exploring different seasons and types of houses to studying the rich variety of animal life. 

Each class presented their projects with pride and dedication, highlighting their understanding of scientific concepts and real-world applications. 

With 2500 students in the school, the event not only highlighted the students' hard work and innovation but also emphasised the school's commitment to promoting scientific education and fostering a spirit of inquiry among its young learners.
