GUWAHATI: A dead body was found in a room of Rajhans Hotel, located at Guwahati’s Fancy bazar area on Saturday, September 28.
According to reports, a 51-year-old man from Assam's Biswanath Charali allegedly committed suicide. It is to be mentioned that the deceased boarded the hotel along with his family members.
The deceased has been identified as Shyam Lal.
Meanwhile, the body has been taken to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for post-mortem.
The reason for death is not known yet.
