GUWAHATI: Rongali Bihu celebrations commenced with fervour in Guwahati on Tuesday, April 15, marking the advent of the Assamese New Year and the onset of spring. Festivities began early in the day across the city, with cultural events, traditional music and dance performances organised at various venues.
