GUWAHATI: The results of Gunotsav 2024 are scheduled to be announced today by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Education Minister Ranoj Pegu.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Srimanta Sankardeva International Auditorium in Kalakshetra, Guwahati.
In addition to announcing the Gunotsav 2024 results, the ceremony will include the ceremonial distribution of incentives to A+ Grade schools from Gunotsav 2023.

Furthermore, the event will witness the distribution of appointment letters to 92 Assistant Professors. To support minority female students in their pursuit of education, scholarships worth ₹10 crore will be distributed, empowering them to access quality education and pursue their academic aspirations.
Additionally, the government will distribute mobility grants to 4,143 beneficiaries, amounting to ₹4.14 crore, to facilitate access to educational resources and opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds.
Moreover, fee waivers will be provided to 2,98,407 beneficiaries, totaling ₹105.22 crore, aiming to ease the financial burden on students and ensure equitable access to education.
Lastly, the distribution of mess dues amounting to ₹10.79 crore will benefit 12,525 beneficiaries will be done.
