Greta Thunberg To Donate Rs 87 Lakh Toward Northeast India And Bangladesh Flood Relief

GUWAHATI: Greta Thunberg, famous for her United Nations Climate Action Speech which took the world by storm, has now come forward to help flood victims.

The teen climate activist has tweeted that she will be donating €100,000 which amounts to Rs 87 lakhs in Indian currency, for relief to flood-affected areas of Northeast India and Bangladesh.

Greta further urged people, organizations, and charities to come forward and help flood victims of the region that shares international borders with Bangladesh.
