GUWAHATI: Greta Thunberg, famous for her United Nations Climate Action Speech which took the world by storm, has now come forward to help flood victims.

The teen climate activist has tweeted that she will be donating €100,000 which amounts to Rs 87 lakhs in Indian currency, for relief to flood-affected areas of Northeast India and Bangladesh.
Right now millions are suffering from extreme flooding fuelled by the climate crisis in India and Bangladesh - already hit by the devastation of cyclone Amphan and COVID-19.
