GUWAHATI: Home Minister Amit Shah on his visit to Assam stated that if the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is voted to power again, the issue of floods will be solved. The Home Minister braced a gathering in Vijay Sankalp in Nalbari, Assam.

"The way we made Assam weapon and protest-free, we will also make it flood-free," said the Home Minister.
He further stated that a wave of development has swept Assam. "We have built new roads, developed healthcare and colleges after coming to power," added Amit Shah.
The Home Minister reflected upon good governance and attributed it to two mottos, that is success and active participation.
