GUWAHATI: The Government Railway Police (GRP) on 13 December apprehended a ganja peddler from the Guwahati Railway Station.
The accused has been identified as Roke Mondal alias Palash Kr. Mandal (18) of Murshidabad District in West Bengal and was apprehended from platform No.4.
According to reports, the accused was on 15960 Down Kamrup Express train from Coach No. 1 with packets of cannabis weighing 12 kgs.

The said cannabis was being transported from Dimapur to Khakra, Murshidabad, West Bengal.
A case is being registered under N.D. P. S. Act and investigated.
