Former Congress Minister Nilamani Sen Deka's son Rajarshi Deka to surrender in connection with the APSC Cash for Job scam.
Rajarshi, who is an ACS officer, is currently on his way to Guwahati with the investigation team.
As per reports, Rajarshi has decided to surrender because of fear of being arrested.
