GUWAHATI: As we await the govt statement on the latest Covid-19 situation where 4 persons have apparently tested positive, rumours are floating around that one Dr Pankhi Dutta has tested positive for Covid-19.
This is to state that Dr Pankhi is in Dubai, her workplace and has no connection to Guwahati. While she has tested positive for Covid-19, she is fine and not in any ICU. She had no connection to the current 4 cases in Guwahati. This was confirmed by her sister Laili Dutta who is Mumbai based exclusively to G Plus.
Earlier today, four persons have tested coronavirus positive in Guwahati. While three patients are from Guwahati itself, one had come from outside Assam and was in home quarantine.
