GUWAHATI: Going with the earlier notification, Don Bosco, Panbazar will remain closed on August 27.
Speaking to G Plus, Principal of the school said, "As the notification to close schools came across earlier in the day, the school authorities communicated the same to parents of the students."

However, the school will be reopend on August 28.
Deputy commissioner Kamrup (M) Biswajit Pegu said, “The earlier order was sent out in the morning. However, after the rain, the weather conditions improved and weather forecast predicts normal weather conditions for the next two-three days. Hence, the withdrawal.”
