GUWAHATI: Ahead of the NRC Complete Draft publication on July 30, Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup (M) Virendra Mittal and Commissioner of Police Hiren Nath visited NRC Seva Kendras (NSK) and held community-level meetings with the public and leading citizens on July 24.
While interacting with people, the duo asked the public not to panic, if someone's name is not included in the Complete Draft. People will get adequate chance to do a claim for their inclusion in the Draft.
They also assured about the security arrangements during publication days in all NSKs.
