GUWAHATI: As per an order of the District Administration of Kamrup (M), as no further COVID-19 positive cases have been detected in some of the containment zone areas in Guwahati, the earlier order demarcating them as such has been withdrawn in these areas with effect from June 24, 2020.
The areas are:
1. Bishnupur (Bharalumukh)
2. Santipur
3. Sankar nagar
4. Dhirenpara

5. Athgaon-1 (SJ Road)
6. SBI Guest House, Sarumotoria
7. Krishnanagar, Gosala, Maligaon
8. Netaji Viyapith HS School, Maligaon
9. Pragyotish Housing Colony, Block-B
However, as the said areas are covered by the areas declared lockdown on 23rd June, hence, people of the said localities are to obey the measure announced by the state government on lockdown.
