GUWAHATI: With the detection of COVID-19 positive patients at Kushal Nagar in Bamunimoidam, Athgaon Pukhuri Par, Barsapara and Birubari Area of Guwahati, the following localities have been marked as containment zones by the district administration of Kamrup Metro.

This order is made under the regulations the Assam COVID-19 Regulations, 2020 and shall be effective from 11 June, 2020 until further order.
Any violation of this order will attract action under the provisions of The Assam COVID-19 Regulations, 2020, The Disaster Management Act-2005, The Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and other relevant laws of the nation.
