COVID-19 Concern: China Bans the Entry of Indians

China has put an interim suspension on the entry of flights from India into the country. As such, Indians despite holding Chinese visas or residence permits will not be allowed to enter China.

The suspension was announced after around 20 passengers travelling to Wuhan from Delhi on an Air India (AI) Vande Bharat Mission (VBM) Flight were tested COVID-19 positive at the destination airport on 30th October.
