GUWAHATI: Assam Police seized 21 kilogram of heroin with a market value of ₹210 crore in Silchar making it the biggest ever single seizure in the state, on April 4.

Personnel of Special Task Force (STF) and Cachar district police made the seizure in a joint operation besides arresting one person in this connection.
Further investigation is under way.
