GUWAHATI: Assam Congress MLA, Rekibuddin Ahmed handed over a job appointment letter to Dipankar Das, brother of Dipanjal Das who was killed during the protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act.
According to reports, as per the instruction of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, the MLA handed over an appointment letter as the Trainee Operator of Brahmaputra Foods Pvt Ltd.
The MLA has also provided Dipankar Das with a scooter from his one month salary so Das can commute to the office without any difficulty.
