GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal is set to inaugurate a school building as part of the Round Table India project in Dadara, Kamrup on May 19.
The school, Sankardev Shishu Vidya Niketan, has been adopted by Round Table India under its flagship project ‘Freedom Through Education’ in 2016. The school will be developed in a phased manner.

The newly constructed school building comprises 10 classrooms, one library, one computer education center, one staff room, principal’s room and two toilet blocks for boys and girls.
This project has been funded by Round Table India Trust, Round Table India Foundation, various donors and from funds raised from several fundraising events organized over the last few years by Round Table India’s Guwahati Round Table 235.
