GUWAHATI: A cement mixing vehicle toppled near a construction site in Panikhaiti on Thursday afternoon, December 26, causing a brief moment of concern among onlookers. The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 PM, but fortunately, no casualties were reported.

According to officials from the Panikhaiti Outpost, the accident was caused by poor ground conditions at the site. “The ground in which the vehicle was operating was in poor condition. Hence, it overturned. Luckily, it didn’t obstruct any traffic movement, and no casualties were reported,” an official told GPlus.
Traffic in the area remained unaffected, and construction work resumed shortly after the situation was controlled.
