GUWAHATI: A case has been filed against President of All Cachar-Karimganj-Hailakandi Students’ Association (ACKHSA), Pradip Dutta Roy for his provocative statements against the students of Assam protesting over the controversial Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2016.

The case has been filed by Durnitibirudhi Oikya Mancha at Golaghat police station.
