GUWAHATI: With protests against the CAB growing visibly despite government claims to the contrary, the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has cancelled many trains including the Rajdhani Express which has reached Guwahati and would have travelled on to Dibrugarh. The train has been terminated at Guwahati and will not be going to Dibrugarh now.
A NFR official has confirmed this to G Plus and an official statement is expected to be issued soon.
The railway authorities will reschedulde many major trains in the coming days as the protest against CAB is expected to intesify.
