The Gauhati High Court has granted bail to Olivia Dutta Choudhury, Manager (Operations), IndusInd Bank branch of Bhangagarh, who was arrested in August on charges of fraud worth Rs 3.7 CR in customers' account.
The bail has been granted on the grounds that majority of the money has been recovered and she has agreed to cooperate with the police in the investigaiton.
Speaking to G Plus, Olivia's lawyer Sanjay Mitra said, "She has been granted the privilege of going on bail in all six pending cases agaist her, as majority of the money has been recovered and she has also agreed to help the police in the investigation."
