GUWAHATI: Indian Amateur boxer, Lovlina Borgohain, donated Rs. 15,000 to the Assam chief minister’s relief fund for the victims of the Assam floods.
The boxer met Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal at his residence and contributed the money.

She is one of the many public figures who has donated to the CM's relief fund. Earlier, sports star Hima Das, Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan and many others donated to the fund for the relief of the Assam flood victims.
It should be noted that Lovlina recently won the gold medal at the Magomed Salam Imakhanov Memorial International Boxing Tournament 2019 in Kaspiysk, Russia.
