GUWAHATI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Assam today to address public rallies in Moran and Gogpur today, March 30 ahead of the upcoming election season.
PM Modi will attend a party rally at Moran at approximately 12:50 pm and then another one in Gohpur at approximately 2:50 pm.
The Prime Minister is campaigning for Dibrugarh’s candidate, Rameshwar Teli in Moran and Tezpur’s nominee, Pallab Lochan Das in Gohpur.
He will be accompanied by Assam Chief Minister, Sarbananda Sonowal, NEDA convenor Himanta Biswa Sarma, State BJP president, Ranjeet Kumar Dass, and other senior BJP leaders.
Earlier, BJP national president, Amit Shah had visited Assam on March 28.
