Jalukbari Police on Friday arrested one Manoranjan Badkar on charges of lifting bikes from Maligaon and Jalukbari area.
Reportedly, Badkar on Friday lifted a bike belonging to one Comando Sarkar, from his residence at Maligaon.
However, Badkar was caught by the owner of the bike and local residents halfway.
