Assamese actor Nipon Goswami admitted to GNRC hospital

GUWAHATI: Veteran Actor Nipon Goswami has reportedly been admitted to GNRC Hospital in Sixmile, late evening on 11 June. 

According to reports, the actor slipped and fell on his wet bathroom floor and suffered a leg injury. 

Goswami  is an Assamese film actor and theater artist. He has been actively involved in mobile theaters, notably, Abaahan, Kohinoor, Hengul, and Shakuntala. He has also appeared in a few TV serials like Writu aahe writu jaai.'  Sangram was his first Assamese film in the year 1968.
