GUWAHATI: Hima Das from Assam confirmed her berth in the Asian Games, 2018 by clinching gold in the Senior National 400 metres sprint at the National Interstate Athletic Championship, 2018 held at Indira Gandhi Sports Complex today.
It is to be mentioned that she completed the event in 51.13 seconds.
Earlier, in the 200 metre event, too, she came first.
This championship was the selection match for the country's representative in the Asian Games 2018 that will begin from August this year.
