GUWAHATI: The Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the Assam Government on Wednesday carried out a major reshuffle in the state revenue department wherein various circle officers were transferred and few were recruited.
According to the notice issued, as many as 53 officials were transferred and posted in other circle offices while a few were recruited against the posts that were lying vacant in several offices.
