GUWAHATI: Kumud Kalita, a teacher at Pathshala Senior Secondary School, has been chosen as the recipient of the prestigious National Teacher Award 2023 by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The remarkable achievement was announced through an official statement by the Ministry of Education. Kalita's dedication to education and remarkable contributions to the field have garnered recognition on the national level.
He is set to be honoured with the National Teacher Award during a special ceremony scheduled for September 5 on the occasion of Teachers’ Day at Vigyan Bhawan, where the award will be presented by the President of India, Droupadi Murmu.
