Assam: Orang National Park To Reopen For Tourists On November 1

GUWAHATI: Orang National Park and Tiger Reserve in Darrang district is all set to reopen for tourists starting November 1, 2019.

Based on reports, the park will have some vehicular movement restrictions due to ongoing repair work of some routes inside the park which were damaged because of the floods that ravaged the state a few months ago.

Thus, traffic movement will be open only on routes that connect Shatshimalu forest inspection bungalow and the main office of the Range Officer via Singabheti forest camp area.
