GUWAHATI: A mother of two daughters has died by suicide. The incident happened in Rajgarh area of Sualkuchi, Kamrup district, Assam. The woman, Jonali Baishya, is survived by two daughters.
As per a complaint filed by Jonali's father, he has alleged the husband of Jonali involved in domestic violence against his daughter. Following the complaint, the police have arrested the husband.

Meanwhile, the matter is under investigation amid the allegations of financial constraints that might have been a trigger for the death.
Both the daughters are now in the house being taken care of by other elders with their father getting arrested and the death of the mother.
