GUWAHATI: A man lost his life after he was attacked by a rhino on February 19 at around 5 AM.
The deceased has been identified as Padma Bherua.
The incident occurred at Bhokot Chapori 1no. Padumani in the river island district of Majuli.
Talking to GPlus, a senior forest official from Majuli said, "Apparently, the victim was out for a morning walk when the rhino attacked him. Padma Bherua was declared dead on the spot."
