GUWAHATI: Post the relaxation in the state of Assam, Chief Secretary, Kumar Sanjay Krishna, in a tweet, warned that citizens indulging in any violation during the lockdown relaxation will attract strict action.
In the tweet Krishna said, “Any violation of the lockdown relaxation terms shall be dealt with strict actions against the individuals, establishments, businesses, car & scooter drivers and passengers including cancellation of licences. FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING AND STAY SAFE."
Further, state health minister Pijush Hazarika also announced that the government will soon enact a law on mask-wearing.
