GUWAHATI: The Assam government has transferred and posted several officials across various departments.
As per the notification, the following is the list of reshuffles:

Siddhartha Goswami, District Development Commissioner, Morigaon, has been transferred and posted as CEO, Zilla Parishad, Kamrup.
Pranab Dutta Goswami, Additional District Commissioner, Nagaon, Moonmi Kalita, Additional District Commissioner, Nagaon, Sujata Gogoi, Additional District Commissioner, Bongaigaon, and Pranjit Kumar Dev, Additional District Commissioner, Sonitpur, are transferred and posted as Additional District Commissioners in Kamrup.
Kulbhusan Pegu, Assistant Commissioner, Udalguri, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner in Dibrugarh.
Manabendra Bharali, Under Secretary to Election Department & Deputy CEO, has been given the additional charge with the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV posts and is to report to its Chairman.
Kulashree Nath, Additional Secretary, Border Protection & Development Department, and Director, Welfare of Scheduled Caste, has been transferred and posted as Director, Welfare of Scheduled Caste.
Joydeep Shukla, Joint Secretary, Transformation & Development Department (attached to SITA), has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to the Finance department.
Prasanta Baruah, Joint Secretary to Act East Policy Affairs Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Cultural Affairs Department.
Sujata Suchibrata, Joint Secretary, Indigenous and Tribal Faith and Culture Department, and Secretary, Assam Inland Water Transport Regulatory Authority, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Handloom, Textiles & Sericulture Department, and continues as Secretary, Assam Inland Water Transport Regulatory Authority.
Gautam Kumar Mazumdar, Joint Secretary, Women & Child Development Department, attached to Directorate of Women & Child Development, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Border Protection & Development department.
Kulen Sarmah, Joint Secretary, Food, Civil and Consumer Affairs department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Mines & Minerals Department.
Dipu Kumar Deka, Joint Secretary, Soil Conservation Department, and CEO, SLNA, has been transferred as an Additional Commissioner, Guwahati Municipal Corporation.
Emily Baruah, Deputy Secretary, Election Department & Joint CEO, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, GMDA.
Furthermore, after being withdrawn from the Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Papu Gogoi, Circle Officer, Dispur Revenue Circle, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner, South Salmara, Mankachar.
Mithinga Daimari, Circle Officer, North Guwahati Revenue Circle, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner, Maibong.
