GUWAHATI: Monalisa Sona from Assam’s North Lakhimpur District will represent India at Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 in Manila, Philippines on October 9th.
Bollywood Actress Dia Mirza was the last Indian to win the title in the year 2000.
