GUWAHATI: The missing child of former MP Biswajit Daimary, who went missing on 5th January, has been successfully located by Assam Police.
Earlier, Amritraj Daimary went missing on Tuesday after which the Assam Police launched a massive operation to locate him. The 16-year-old was found at a bus stop in Chapaguri in Bongaigaon district.
Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) GP Singh tweeted, “The missing child of Ex MP Sri Biswajeet Daimary has been located. A big relief for all of us.”

The former MP stated that his son was helped by a fellow classmate to cross the boundary of the school as he wanted to leave and go home early.
