GUWAHATI: A person from Hailakandi district, with a travel history to Saudi Arabia, has been confirmed as COVID19 positive on April 7.
It is to be mentioned that with this the total number of Covid patients in Assam now stands at 28.
Earlier, majority of the cases so far reported positive in Assam are rooted to the Nizamuddin Markaz apart from one patient from Guwahati who has no link to the Nizamuddin Markaz.
