GUWAHATI: The Assam state government is scheduled to present the full budget of on March 6.
Earlier, the budget was set to take place on March 4 however it has now been postponed.
The assembly session too has been extended. Starting from March 2, the session will go on till March 30 instead of the earlier concluding date of March 27.
The Government of Assam has declared state holiday on March 9-10 on account of Holi festival which has led to the extension of assembly dates
