GUWAHATI: Amidst the raging flood which has affected large parts of the state, a community health officer in Golaghat successfully conducted a delivery on a boat on Monday, July 15.
The community health officer of Bortika SC in Golaghat district won hearts after successfully conducting a delivery on a country boat with the help of an ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) worker while they were on their way to a health institute.
