Arunachal Pradesh And Mizoram Celebrate Statehood Day

 

GUWAHATI: Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram celebrate their respective statehood day today, both completing 27 years of achieving statehood back, which were formalised back in 1987.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma conveyed his wishes to the people of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram on the occasion of their Statehood Day. He urged residents of neighboring states residing in Guwahati and nearby areas to partake in the grand celebration organized at the GMCH auditorium later in the day.

Meanwhile, Raj Bhavan also commemorated the Statehood Day of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram, with Governor Gulab Chand Kataria extending greetings to all. The event is scheduled for 4:00 PM, at the GMCH Auditorium located in Bhangagarh, Guwahati.

The celebration aims to honor the achievements and progress of both Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram.
