GUWAHATI: State civil service aspirants can now apply online as Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has finally launched its online portal.
The new recruitment portal was launched by Neeraj Verma, principal secretary of the administrative reforms and personnel department, and Pallab Bhattacharyya, chairman of the APSC, in presence of Dinesh Tyagi, CEO of CSC SPV, an arm of the ministry of electronics and IT which has designed the portal in collaboration with APSC.
In the new portal, candidates can create accounts free-of-cost to view their performances and also compare the results against all the exams they have appeared from the account.
"Other than submission of applications, this portal has features of mobile/email validation using one-time password, one profile - one application, online payment, online admit cards, status review, and others,” informed Gyan Doley, northeast regional head at Common Services Centres.
