The Minister of Industries has emphasised the importance of collective cooperation to ensure the success of Advantage Assam 2.0, the much-anticipated business and investment summit. The event aims to bring together key stakeholders, investors, and entrepreneurs to boost Assam’s economic growth and industrial development.
Recognising the diverse backgrounds of participants, organisers have arranged special language assistance for entrepreneurs unfamiliar with Assamese. Translators will be available to help investors from other states navigate communication challenges during the event.
The summit will also focus on fostering Business-to-Business (B2B) interactions, with 450 B2B meetings already scheduled. Entrepreneurs willing to invest a minimum of ₹5 lakh will be eligible to participate, further encouraging small and medium-sized businesses to explore investment opportunities in the state.
Additionally, several countries will be participating as partner nations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will attend the occasion as chief guests.
