In a wonderful initiative to mark unity and brotherhood among the two neighboring nations, youths from India and Pakistan, residing in Bangkok, celebrated Independence Day together.
Two of the students taking part in the initiative are from Assam.
On the eve of the Independence Day, a group of 20 students studying in Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, celebrated a joint event.

Speaking to G Plus, one of the students from Assam, Manas Pratim Das said, "With this initiative, we wish for a new beginning of Indi-Pak relationship. We pray all the differences end soon."
