GUWAHATI: Addressing the nation regarding the coronavirus situation, Prime minister Narendra Modi said the world has been battling the pandemic for over four months now.
Condoling the deaths, PM Modi said over 3 lakh people have succumbed to the infection.
Over 42 lakh people have been affected by the deadly virus all over the world.
"We have not seen a health crisis like this in the past," he said.

However, he emphasized that India has been fighting the virus well and the entire world has started to look up to India as the country has turned the crisis into an opportunity.
Today, India is manufacturing over 2 lakh PPE kits and 2 lakh N95 masks everyday to fight against COVID-19, however, before the virus India barely had any.
