Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal will flag off free bus services for the women employees of Assam Secretariat today. According to sources, the Assam State Transport Corporation will begin the initiative with 6 buses.
The buses will originate from LGBI Airport, Jalukbari, New Guwahati, Panjabari, Natboma, and Basistha Mandir.
As reported by The Assam Tribune, ASTC DGM S.P Sarma said that ASTC has planned the timing in a manner that the buses will reach Secretariat at 9:30 AM. The buses will wait at each stoppage for one minute.
