GUWAHATI: Renee Sen, daughter of renowned Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen, is making waves with her debut in both theater and Bollywood with Karla Singh’s play Hidden Agendas.

In the production, Renee portrays the role of Natasha, a determined and headstrong teenager. Her performance has already garnered attention, and Sushmita Sen proudly shared behind-the-scenes footage of the play on her Instagram, expressing how overwhelmed she felt seeing her daughter step into the limelight.
Beyond theater, Renee Sen took her first steps into Bollywood in 2024 as an intern assistant director on the film Bad News. In an interview, she candidly acknowledged her privilege, saying, "I don't want to take anything for granted."
Renee along with the crew of Hidden Agendas will be performing her debut play at the Guwahati Theatre Festival on September 29. The play will be staged at the ITA Machkhuwa in Guwahati, where the audience will get another chance to see Renee in action.
