GUWAHATI: De Havilland Canada, in collaboration with the Ministry of Civil Aviation, successfully conducted a demonstration flight of a seaplane from Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International (LGBI) Airport in Guwahati, which landed at Pandu Ghat.

The flight, which took place on Friday, November 15, showcased the potential for seaplane operations and its positive impact on the state’s tourism sector. The seaplane landed at Pandu Ghat at 9:30 AM.
Tourism Minister Jayanta Mallabaruah, accompanied by other dignitaries, was present on board for the demonstration flight.
