GUWAHATI: Pradeep Barman, a resident of Anil Nagar, took an unusual path to shed light on the water shortage the locality is facing after water supply remained interrupted for the fifth day on Tuesday, November 19.
Barman took out a bucket full of water from a nearby drain and poured it on himself to show what the locals have been resorting to because of the water shortage.
