GUWAHATI: Videos of fake paneer being used in food products from popular fast food chains has been making the rounds on the Internet.
One food blogger took to addressing the issue by running a specialised “starch” test on the paneer provided.
However, the food chains have clarified that the paneer used in their products is 100% dairy-based and made of original milk.
