GUWAHATI: In a tragic incident, a volunteer who was handling a joyride at Nalbarir’s Raas Mahotsav, lost his life after slipping from it.
The victim has been identified as Babu Das (19).
It is to be mentioned that, these people work in a very risky environment without any safety equipments.
